Jay your comment: "'맥주는 좋으나 소주는 싫습니다, 영어는 잘 하나 한국어는 잘 못합니다'←This pattern is possible, but hardly used in spoken languige. somtimes used in written form./usually used in ~만 pattern. " Isn't 나 a seperate grammar than 그러나? I'm not sure why you included it on 그러나's page. --Bluesoju 13:04, 18 June 2009 (UTC)

There are 2 kinds of 나. One is "OR", another one is "BUT".

  • First 나 : 맥주나 소주 (Beer or Suju), 개나 고양이(Dog or cat)
(I like beer but I don't like Soju.)

Second one is similar pattern to [맥주는 좋습니다.

That's why I included it on 그러나's page.
And,, This pattern is hardly used in spoken languige. but sometimes used in written form. --Jay shin

I think you mean the pattern A/V + (으)나. I will create it then :) --Bluesoju 23:57, 18 June 2009 (UTC)
