Verb + 자마자 : This grammar pattern is indicate something happening immediately after another event. Approximately equivalent to saying as soon as ~.

|Rule 1:||Verb + 자마자||If there is no 받침 or if the adj/verb stem ends with a ㄹ 받침||오다 → 오자마|
|Rule 2:||Verb + 자마자||If there is a 받침 at the end of the adj/verb stem||눕다 → 눕자마자|
|피곤해서 눕자마자 잠에 들었어요.||I was tired, so as soon as I laid down I fell asleep.|
|집에 오자마자 손을 씻으세요.||I washed my hands as soon as I came home.|
