::Yes, you're right.  Almost veryone pronounce it as 짜장면 and 짤리다. But official pronounciation is 자장면 and 잘리다. You'll see that newscaters or announcers are pronouce it as 자장면. And we should pronounce it as 자장면, 잘리다 at formal places such as presentation.
