When a ㄹ 받침 is followed by a ㅎ, the ㅎ isn't pronounced and ㄹ shifts to the next syllable and makes a flap r (IPA: ɾ) sound instead of of making an /l/ sound.
Examples
- 열한시 → [여란시]
- 억울하다 → [어구라다]
- 말하다 → [마라다]
