광역시 <廣域市> - Metropolitan city
- Divided into 군, 구

Municipal and divisions

시 <市> - City
- Divided into 구
군 <郡> - County
- Divided into 읍, 면
구 <區> - Ward
- Divided into 동
읍 <邑> - Town
- Divided into 리
면 <面> - Township
- Divided into 리
