Verb + 고도 남다 (≒충분하다): [Even] after doing the said verb, there is something remaining, or left over.
|Rule 1:||If there is no 받침 or if the adj/verb stem ends with a ㄹ 받침|
|Rule 2:||If there is a 받침 at the end of the adj/verb stem|
|키가 180cm 이면 모델이 되고도 남는다||Even if they are 180 cm and become a model, this is still more to be done|
|과일을 많이 사고도 남는다||[at the market] even after buying lots of fruit, there will still be some left!|
